DOWNLOAD: copy a file from a www server or FTP server to your harddisk
(WebTV unit does not allow this)

UPLOAD: the reverse of download, copy a file from your harddisk to a FTP server
(WebTV unit does not allow this either)

TRANSLOAD: an "agent" server which downloads the file from a www/FTP server to it's own harddisk, and then it uploads the file from harddisk to an FTP server elsewhere, for you.
This "agent" is not in your WebTV, so it's possible. Well, this is actually the only way you can move around the files with WebTV.
